Tamarra Sequeira is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Bengaluru office of Khaitan & Co. Tamarra specialises in civil and commercial litigation and appears before the High Court of Karnataka, Civil Courts at Bengaluru, and various statutory authorities and Tribunals. Tamarra has advised multinational and domestic corporations, banks, individuals, proprietary concerns and firms on a variety of legal issues dealing with contract law, arbitration law, company law, property law, labour law, family law, agricultural marketing laws, and laws relating to negotiable instruments. Tamarra also advises on project finance transactions and transactions involving large-scale corporate leases. Tamarra holds a BA LLB (Hons) degree from Christ University and an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence from Jindal Global Law School.
